Learn how to make a log cabin pattern as you make this beautiful scarf by Dorothy Tuthill!
Log cabin design is formed by alternating dark and light threads, with a regular
inclusion of two successive dark threads (or two successive light threads). The
direct warping method requires modification in order to avoid crossing dark
and light threads behind the heddle.
Dorothy Tuthill designs all of her patterns for your weaving enjoyment! These patterns are specifically designed for rigid heddle looms.
Please note: This pdf pattern will be sent to your email at checkout. This is not a physical, woven item.
Equipment:
- Rigid heddle loom with at least a 7" weaving width
- 12-dent reed
